Beta use guidelines

What the app does

Vertex Readiness helps facility owners organize observations, administrative schedules, follow-up findings, and supporting records. It does not provide legal advice, engineering, regulated inspection, certification, AHJ approval, or a determination of code compliance.

Review the purchase and use disclaimer for professional-advice and inspection-outcome limitations.

The Terms of Service include responsibility for deadlines even when reminders fail.

Your responsibility

Follow local requirements, official directions, manufacturer instructions, and emergency procedures. Use qualified or licensed providers for regulated work. Do not wait for a reminder or app response when there is an urgent hazard.

Free and test access

Basic launch pricing is $0.99 one time per facility. Beta testing currently has no charge and includes one facility and basic recordkeeping features. Existing pilots retain their current features. Plus checkout currently accepts sandbox test payments only; no live subscription is offered. Toolkit files are separately licensed, and the full paid toolkit is not open for purchase.

Protect your work

Use your own account, protect your password, and enter only information you are authorized to store. Download records you need to retain outside the app. Beta features may change or be temporarily unavailable; confirm important dates and follow-ups independently.

Before paid launch

Final customer terms and purchase and refund information will be provided before real payments are enabled. These guidelines describe the current beta and are not the final toolkit license.
