Open Plans & billing from your workspace to choose a monthly or annual Plus subscription. At paid launch, a purchased Basic plan will remain available after Plus ends; new Plus entries and uploads require an active subscription.

You can still view and print saved records and download existing attachments when Plus ends.

Existing pilot accounts keep their current features. The downloadable toolkit is licensed separately and is not included with Basic or Plus.

Professional advice & inspection outcomes

Vertex Readiness is an organizational, owner-observation, and recordkeeping tool. The app, its forms, reminders, reports, and other content do not constitute professional engineering, architectural, or official trade advice. They do not replace licensed or qualified professional services, an official inspection, or directions from the authority having jurisdiction (AHJ).

You are responsible for independently verifying requirements, facility conditions, inspection and service dates, and the accuracy of your records, and for obtaining qualified evaluation when needed. Use of the app does not certify safety, establish code compliance, or guarantee an inspection result. Do not rely on the app or a reminder to detect or respond to an emergency.

Reminder responsibility and failed delivery

The business owner is ultimately responsible for identifying, independently verifying, tracking, and meeting all applicable inspection, testing, maintenance, permit, renewal, and other compliance deadlines. Automated reminders are a convenience only and do not transfer that responsibility to Vertex Readiness. A missed, delayed, inaccurate, or undelivered reminder does not extend a deadline or excuse noncompliance.

Reminder delivery is not guaranteed. Notifications may fail, arrive late, or be unavailable because of incorrect dates or contact information, timezone settings, spam filtering, device permissions, connectivity, third-party service failures, outages, or other errors. Confirm the schedule with the AHJ or qualified provider, maintain an independent calendar or other backup, and arrange required work without waiting for an alert.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the app's owner, operator, and developers disclaim liability for missed deadlines, late or missed inspections, penalties, enforcement actions, or other losses arising from a failed, delayed, inaccurate, or undelivered reminder. This does not exclude or limit rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the app's owner, operator, and developers assume no liability for real-world inspection outcomes, missed hazards, code violations, enforcement actions, or losses arising from use of or reliance on the app. Nothing in this disclaimer excludes or limits liability or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
